SK Pulse is operated by IPLA P.A., a California S-corporation established in 2005, reachable at contact@sk-pulse.com. This policy explains how visitor data is collected, used, and disclosed when you visit https://sk-pulse.com/.

SK Pulse collects a limited set of information in the ordinary course of operating the site:
- Log data. The web server automatically records standard request data, including IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Information you provide. If you contact SK Pulse at contact@sk-pulse.com, or submit a comment, accuracy report, or partnership inquiry, you may provide your name and email address. Visitors are not required to submit any personal information to browse the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The site and certain third-party services it uses may place cookies or similar identifiers, as described below.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies, web beacons, IP-based identifiers, and similar technologies may be used by SK Pulse and by third-party services the site relies on, to remember preferences, measure traffic, and, in the future, serve advertising. Advertising (Future Use of Google AdSense)
SK Pulse has applied to participate in Google AdSense. Google AdSense is not currently active on this site, and no Google ads are currently being served on sk-pulse.com.
If and when AdSense is approved and enabled on this site, Google and its partners will use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads. Google may use the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads based on a visitor's visit to sk-pulse.com and to other sites on the internet.

SK Pulse may use third-party analytics or hosting services to operate the site, and articles may link to external websites. SK Pulse is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party services or linked sites. Visitors should review the privacy policies of any external service or site they visit directly.
Calculators and Tools
The interactive calculators on sk-pulse.com (currently 18 tools) run entirely in your own browser. They do not require an account, do not transmit the values you enter back to SK Pulse, and do not store calculation results on the server. Standard log data, as described under "Information We Collect," may still be recorded when a calculator page is visited, but the figures you type into a calculator are not collected.
Children's Privacy
SK Pulse does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has provided personal information through this site, please contact contact@sk-pulse.com, and SK Pulse will take reasonable steps to remove that information from its records.
Your Choices and Rights
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings and aboutads.info, as described above under "Advertising." If you are located in the United States — including California, under the CCPA — or in another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. You can make a request by contacting contact@sk-pulse.com. SK Pulse will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable timeframe.
